As the CEO and Founder of ClaimChoice Administrators, Phil Burghardt is responsible for running all facets of the business. Phil has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the Administration industry. Prior to starting ClaimChoice, Phil was the head of Business Development at his prior TPA, responsible for all sales and marketing activities. He led the transformation into a technology-focused company while growing sales and market share year over year. Phil’s number one goal is to bring the TPA industry out of the dark ages, leveraging technology to provide a much better experience for employers, providers, members and brokers, than in years past.
Phil enjoys everything that has to do with business, real estate, water, golf, and yes, the Detroit Lions. Whether it is rehabbing a new residential or commercial property, chasing down king salmon during a fishing tournament, trying to break 80 on the course or rooting for the Lions to one day figure it all out, he’ll be doing it with a big smile.
