WorkChoice™ is a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan that offers a wide array of care options beyond just the basics. Have questions about your WorkChoice™ plan? You’re in the right place! Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions.

WorkChoice Benefits is a minimum essential coverage (MEC) plan providing virtual, preventative, and other care services. MEC plans are a low-cost alternative to traditional insurance for preventative services like vaccinations, preventative screenings, and wellness visits. It does not cover things like hospitalizations, surgeries, or specialist visits. Your WorkChoice plan includes an enhanced layer of services and discount programs including virtual behavioral health therapy and coaching sessions, preventative pharmacy and pharmacy discount card, and virtual physical therapy.

  • ClaimChoice: Your WorkChoice Benefits plan administrator and customer service team.
  • ChoiceScripts Rx: Prescription benefits for ACA preventative medications with a zero-dollar co-pay. You also have access to an Rx Discount Card to save up to 80% on your prescriptions.
  • Galileo Health: Provides access to unlimited virtual provider consults by text & video, patient support, annual virtual wellness visits, up to 7 video mental health therapy sessions, and more.
  • New Benefits: Connect with a peer for support and encouragement including up to 2 hours of talk time each month with a trained peer listener.
  • Upswing Health: Your on-demand access to virtual orthopedic care for dealing with anything from serious injuries to chronic muscle and joint pain.

If you have any questions on how to use your membership, call our Member Support Team at the number listed on your card. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Once you have enrolled, you will receive a welcome packet in the mail with your ID card, an overview of your plan, and information on how to access your benefits. Please keep this packet, as it contains details you need to register and access your benefits.

To get started, download the WorkChoice app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit workchoicemembers.com and create your account. Note that your benefits information will not be available on the app until after your plan’s effective date.

To create an account, download the WorkChoice Benefits mobile app or register at workchoicemembers.com. Enter your Member ID and Group ID found on the front of your membership card. The email address used to register will become your login for the mobile app and web portal.
